Remote Online Notarization (RON & RIN)
We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Remote Ink Notarization (RIN). RON uses secure audio-video technology and electronic documents and may be available to clients across the U.S. and internationally, subject to Illinois law. RIN involves paper documents and is available to eligible signers physically in Illinois. Please submit an inquiry for eligibility, pricing, and scheduling. Apostille & Document Authentication
Professional apostille and document authentication assistance for international use. We coordinate with appropriate state or federal authorities for eligible documents. In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN)
In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) allows electronic notarization of eligible documents in person with an Illinois Electronic Notary Public. The signer and notary must be physically present at the same location. Availability depends on document requirements and electronic notarization procedures. I-9 Verification Services
Form I-9 employment eligibility verification services as an employer-authorized representative. Available in person or remotely when permitted under the employer’s authorized verification procedures and applicable federal requirements. We assist with document examination and completion of the authorized representative’s portion of Form I-9. Translation Coordination Services
Professional translation coordination for personal, legal, business, and official documents. We assist with standard and certified translations, as well as reviewing completed translations for accuracy and completeness through qualified translators.
